Yield: about 12 servings
Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cups whole wheat sifted flour
1/2 Cup organic oats (Quaker)
1 Tsp baking powder
1 Tsp salt
1 Egg
1 Cup water
3/4 Cup milk (vegan or dairy, whatever you please)
1/2 a packet Better Stevia by NOW FOODS
Instructions:
Mix together all of the dry ingredients.
In a separate bowl mix the wet ingredients.
Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients, mix a little until the mixture is well combined.
Heat a slightly oiled pan.
Fry about 2 minutes on each side, until there are bubbles on the surface of the pancake and it turns slightly dark.
Serve with honey, date honey, raw tahini and fresh fruit.
